Special Interest Day @ Eugene Reimer!

Special Interest Day @ Eugene Reimer

A goal is middle school is to allow students to be exposed to new programs and new experiences in their middle years. For the 3rd year in a row Eugene Reimer Middle School has offered three Special Interest days. Here all teachers offer sessions that they are passionate about. From sports, to arts, to technology, to hobbies, we were able to offer 24 sessions in the day. November 2nd was our first “choose your own adventure” day at Eugene Reimer middle school.  Special Interest day helps to expose students to experiences that are typically beyond the scope of your average, every day class room.  It also allows staff to meet other students in the school that they would not usually work with. These Special Interest days are a highlight for students and staff alike. If you have any questions about our Special Interest Day or would like to see if in action please contact Ian Levings or Nick Cochrane at Eugene Reimer Middle School.
